Five Nights at Freddy's, or FNAF for short, is a classic horror game series with more than a dozen titles to date and even a novel version of Five Nights at Freddy's. Five Nights at Freddy's 4 is the fourth title in the Five Nights at Freddy's series, developed by Scott Cawthon and released on 23 July 2015. Five Nights at Freddy's 4 is a prequel to Five Nights at Freddy's 2. The difference between the previous three games is that in this game we no longer play as a guard, but as a child. The player must check the wardrobe, the left and right doors and the bed at the back, and must rely on a torch and keep the doors closed at all times in order to fend off the dolls' attacks. The boy's name is Puppet. Puppet has witnessed a child being killed and stuffed into a doll, and Puppet's head has been stuffed into the doll's mouth, so Puppet has developed a fear of ragdolls. This generation's dolls are scary looking and include a black doll called nightmare, who will be in bed. There is also a small Muppet called Plustrap, which can be controlled with a torch. Do you have the confidence to calm down in the face of horror?

Five Nights at Freddy's 4 features 2D graphics, single player support only and is available to players on Microsoft, Windows, Linux, OS X, Android, iOS and other platforms.

Instead of playing as a night guard, the player will play as a child haunted by nightmares. As with the previous 3 titles, the player will have to survive from 12am to 6am, a long 6 hours in which horrible things will happen!

The player will play from a first-person perspective, looking around their surroundings, taking a closer look at the bed, the wardrobe, and the east-west corridor beyond the two doors. As the doll approaches, use the torch to stop it in its tracks. If you hear the doll breathing, close the door to the room to stop it from entering. If you do not react when the doll approaches then the doll will attack you in the dark and the game will end in failure.

Players will spend 5 nights in the game and each night a scary doll will appear and you will have to be cautious and find a way to avoid the dolls.
